At Akshat Arts, each product is a handcrafted piece of devotion and design — made with precision, passion, and purpose. While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent Return & Exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
  • You received a wrong product or an item not matching your order specifications.
  • The issue is reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal taste, or minor imperfections that are a part of handmade artistry.
  • Customized items and bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Exchange Policy

Given the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our products, each return/exchange request is assessed individually, at our sole discretion.

You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. If approved:

  • A credit note equivalent to the product amount will be issued.
  • This credit note is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed on any future purchase.
  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstance.

Returned items will be inspected by our quality team. If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense and no credit note will be issued. In rare cases where a replacement is not available, a credit note will be provided.

Note: International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Process

If your order meets the eligibility criteria, here's how you can initiate an exchange:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Approval & Pickup
Once reviewed and approved by our team:

  • A reverse pickup will be scheduled (available in select PIN codes).
  • If pickup is unavailable, we may request you to courier the product to our warehouse.

Inspection & Dispatch

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.
  • If eligible, a replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items reported after 3 days of delivery
